They explained everything clearly what they were doing, how long it would take, and what I could expect afterward. The procedure itself was painless. It just required patience while the brackets were placed and the wire was fitted. The orthodontist and assistants were gentle, attentive, and checked in often to make sure I was doing okay. I really appreciated their kindness and how calm they kept the atmosphere. After everything was in place, they gave me helpful instructions on how to care for my braces, what foods to avoid, and what to expect in the first few days.
